Q2: The time on the watch is inaccurate
1) When the watch and App are successfully connected, the watch will synchronize the phone time.

After this one broke, I upgraded to a slightly more expensive watch (still only $40) and that's when I realized just how badly this watch had been underreporting my steps. I would say anywhere from 5–10% of my daily steps were going unrecorded, which is a big deal if you're trying to hit a goal of 7,000–10,000 steps.
All in all, save yourself some frustration and just buy a slightly more expensive watch to count your steps. It doesn't have to be a FitBit or an Apple Watch by any means, but this thing is a waste of your money.
This one is simple and cheap. I gave it 3 stars for accuracy becuase I think it has my heart rate wrong, at least differnt form what Fit bit ab GArmin got but maybe the Livikey is the one that is right. I don;t think any of the trackers get sleep right. FItbit thought I was asleep every time I sat down. Garmin seemd to get similar results to Livikey.
If you just want an idea of how your runs and walsk and sleep go and you are not interested in spending your gym time fiddling with your phone and tracker this is a good option.
IN addition this tracker does not use a cradle and special cord. The band comes off and the end goes into a USB port.
The downside is that the band will pop off it it under too mcuh stress.

Original review
Overall I wanted an on the go heart rate monitor and it does this. It's not instant and I don't think the app is too good for it. For example, you turn on the heart rate part, it thinks for 5-10 seconds, then shows a number, then that number changes over the next ten seconds to finally get to your actual number. For me, it will start at 55 and end up at 90. I don't know how accurate the app is either. For example today on my walk I got my heart rate to 130, but when I sync with the app, it says my max heart rate was 114 and resting 69. Dude, my heart rate is never 69.
The step counter is fine.
The watch part, hey that works fine.
Battery seems good. I can wear for roughly 3 days straight and then recharge is maybe an hour.
Now the sleep tracking. I read that what it does is monitor your movement. It does not allow you to set your standard sleeping hours so it guesses. For example my sleep schedule is 10-6 every day. My first day it said I slept from 7pm - 7am. Second day it was more accurate. Third day it said 2am - 8am. It counts "deep sleep" as not moving. Sometimes it shows me in the morning reading a book as "deep sleep". So no, do not use this for sleep tracking.
