The items arrived in good time.
However the items should have been used by 2016 and 2019 so are now un-useable.
I have given the seller opportunities to offer a resolution however they suggest I am being dishonest and there is nothing wrong with the item.
An independent specialist has advised me of the date discrepancy and furthermore told me using these times could have damaged the printing equipment.

Buyer tried to send back his used item, and claim item was defective. Basically a theif who didn't get his way. Bad faith actor, who has now tried to discredit my reputation with bad feedback. Small minded, petit theif. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this weasel.
