The Vecon arrived promptly and was really well packed and protected with bubble wrap. Unfortunately one jar had leaked quite a bit in transit and the other a little bit, both jars were sealed. I contacted rousotronic.ltd to let them know and they were kind enough to offer a partial refund as they had no more in stock so couldn't offer a replacement. I ordered this item on 15 Dec. The advertised delivery date was 18 Dec, so I chose this seller as I was going away for Xmas starting 20 Dec. In the event, the item wasn't posted till 19 Dec, so didn't arrive before my trip. On my return there was no sign of the item. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly and sent a replacement, which arrived the following day. Clearly, an honest seller who puts things right without fuss, but needs to be more accurate about advertised delivery dates.

    Full HD smart tv (Not HD ready) so great picture & good connectivity.

    Brilliant picture & TV looks quality, Also has older scart connection as well as hdmi etc so great for connecting old devices. Only downside it is a smart tv but apparently not an Android tv so doesn't have all the apps I would want, It has BBC Iplayer, Netflix, Prime etc but doesn't have ITV player, 4OD & some of the other apps, might need to buy a Fire TV stick or Now tv stick as well. Great TV though.

    Poor.

    It cannot be considered a Smart TV as the 'catch up' facilty only extends to BBC and Channel 5. Sony confirm that the TV is not compatible with ITV and Channel 4, for 'catch up'. Luckily for us AO who we bought TV from where sympathetic and exchanged it for any LG tv which is great.

    First class performance

    Selected this model after exhaustive looks through specs and price. On delivery it was very easy to perform initial set up ,tuning, and internet connection. Default settings were good but after tweaking the sound and picture quality were better than other more expensive models. We purchased this for a bedroom,but so pleased have moved this downstairs, and the other up. This TV is lightweight and its slim bezel and black surround looks stylish. Overall very pleased with it.

    Quality tv

    Very happy with this tv . As you’d expect from Sony it’s all quality . Easy set up and good vivid sharp picture . Easy to use remote makes navigation a doddle . Good picture whatever angle you watch it from . Great purchase from Curry’s clearance given it was a damaged box item but brand new and unused item and properly packaged .
