Well made, user friendly not complicated. Has the option of switching off the ioniser and uv light which might suit some people. It's one of the reasons I bought it. The fan is audible at the higher settings but quiet at the medium /low settings. Indicator tells you when the filter needs a change, an easy job to do. Doesn't take up much space. Recommended.

As you may know it could be improved with an auto sensor which responds to more polluted air inflow in which event we would have it switched on 24 7. It is not quite capable of clearing our flat as yet but we will be investing in another very soon and if that does not do the trick - for we have heavy smokers in the flat below - we will buy another!!

I find it very effective. The air feels much purer, just like after the rain (because of the ioniser). I am very happy with this product especially since the quality of the air we breathe seems an important thing to consider. I may buy a humidifier as it dries the air and I am very sensitive to it.
